At Creative Catalyst we believe that your involvement in the process is paramount. We also believe that your level of expertise or time restrictions may limit that involvement. We always access this at our first meeting and decide how we are going to work together.

The Client Meeting

Our first meeting allows us to brainstorm what exactly you need and discuss the design and function of the site, along with budget restrictions and timing. We are able to communicate with you over the phone, email or in person.

The Proposal

Creative Catalyst will create a detailed proposal for you that outlines the architecture of the site, the pages that will be created, any additional services that might be required (i.e., photography and/or video production), the project timing and a payment plan.

The Contract

Once the proposal has been approved, a contract is presented to you.

Design Phase

Our team will present some options on the "look and feel" or design of the site. Once a design is agreed upon, and other choices such as photography we can move on to creating the code for the site. Our team has experience with Google Adwords so that we can target potential customers and drive them to your site.

Content Development

We actually start developing content with you at the first meeting. You may have enough marketing materials that have already been created to help us in the content development or you may need our help. We will be specific as to what is needed and then we begin adding content after the design phase.

Testing

Our team will test the site and complete search engine optimization and present it on our server for you to see.

Delivery

Once you are happy with the site and we receive final payment we put the site on your server and point your domain to the new site.
