Creativity isn't just for kids + artists
It's as natural as breathing.
It belongs to everyone.
Creativity is a Human Birthright
It’s not just the optional "fun" stuff.
Imagination is one of the most powerful forces we have
to shape ourselves and our world.
Creativity is Power
Dare to expand your definition of creativity!
Dare to implement your vision of the world you want to live in.
Creativity is your Superpower!
Our passion is reconnecting people with their innate creativity
to empower meaningful change
...whether you think of yourself as “creative” or not!
Creative Catalyst Manifesto
We are so much more than just pretty pictures
You can count on us to be…
Change Agents
Our primary purpose is to serve the collaborative process and the people that drive meaningful change efforts.
While our visuals may be beautiful, we prioritize substance over aesthetics.
We are change agents, not window dressers.
Strategic Partners
We cultivate long-term working relationships with other like-minded visionaries to catalyze meaning change.
We go deep, we stay committed and see things through to the end.
We embrace creative friction as the force that “polishes the stone” into something better.
Inspiring Collaborators
We radiate creativity, empowering participants, audiences— and also our clients and collaborators!
Creativity isn’t just our superpower -- it’s yours too!
Don’t be surprised if you find yourself brushing off your own creative passions after working together …

Our logo is inspired by a sacred symbol of wholeness through the union of opposites—with an activated space in the middle, where synergy happens. As we bring together individual and organizational, work and life, right-brain and left-brain, visual and verbal, we seek to find and cultivate that “sweet spot” where all available resources work harmoniously -- and create an impact which is greater than the sum of its parts.
