  • There are several ways to handle concurrent breakout sessions, depending on your budget and how critical it is that each breakout be visually scribed for your audience.

    If your budget allows, we are happy to provide a team of however many graphic recorders you need. We have coordinated 16 graphic recorders in one ballroom for a very special client product launch!

    If you prefer to just have one graphic recorder on site, then we decide together the most appropriate sessions for them to capture.

    Alternatively, you can also videotape the other sessions and we can digitally graphic record them post-event.
