I made this video in 2013 and have shared it many times over the years-- the amazing thing is that it is all still 100% true! Learn how the My Juicy Journal creativity course came to be and enjoy sneak peeks into the visual journal that started all -- my Italian Travel Journal from 1994 -- 27 year ago now! I'm always telling everyone else why THEY should journal, I thought it was time I shared MY journaling story-- the highs and the lows.
